When our home sale got complicated and tough you dug your heels in and convinced me first and then fought for me to get tough financing on a Medicine Lake dream lot with a small home to live for now. I plan to build in the coming years and look forward to living on the lake for years to come. I remodeled the home like we talked about and got it apprasied for $125,000 more than I bought it months earlier from you for! And yes I still remember the listing you sold that other agents didn't.
